High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Whatacatch Dinner may sound tempting but the famous fish sandwich is also full of calories and unhealthy fat. I love this burger place! The cheese fries is a definite must if you come here. I've ordered the cheeseburger with the lettuce instead of the bun and it was amazing but super sloppy. Only thing is the staff isn't very friendly they seem annoyed and don't like to to be helpful which I think is very important in any business .

Upscale fast food joint. Great service. At least twenty beers on tap. Delicious burgers and fries. 2 people - burgers and fries and a beer each. 35 bucks. My girlfriend had the veggie burger and loved it. I had the breakfast burger (eggs bacon and maple syrup on a beef patty) very tasty. Delicious food. Great atmosphere. A bit pricey but worth it. Free wifi and ice cold air conditioning. Highly recommend.

CHINA FOR PRESIDENT!!!!! I never thought running a burger joint could be an art ...until the mobs swarmed BurgerFi, threatening chaos, and China came out and SAVED THE DAY. This guy is awesome. He should be president.

This was delicious! I give this 4 1/2 stars the wait for the food took a little long but top 3 burger I've ever had! Super fire!!

Great service and commitment to customers! They were out of my Peter Luger sauce and went to Publix and got me some. #TwoThumbsUp

The burgers we got were really nicely done, cooked perfectly and tasted great! They offer many toppings to build you own burger or even hot dogs and then they offer nice selections that are pre-built. The onion rings are HUGE! Overall this place is MUCH better and less greasier than a Five Guys, but is still rather pricey. They're open until midnight, so you can grab something late.

Always good burgers, like the BURGERFI burgers. But... doesn't accept any credit card issued outside America. Seems to be a joke... Anyway nice place to be, nice ambient. 3 stars only because of payment methods, really no-international!

  • Sada N.

The food is good, but the prices are ridiculous. I ordered a regular cheese burger with fries and a Soda. It came up to $15 plus an extra $4 for delivery.

I have been to BurgerFi Aventura, Davie, Sobe & more... This is the one that DESPERATELY needs corporates help. "Hey Corp, please come out and fix this mess". Slow, incompetent and making costly mistakes are being that will affect your overhead, profit margin and reputation.

  • Brian G.

Always good never a wait .fresh fries and burgers the best around town .. One of my fav places here on north beach .. They have 20 beers on tap place rocks .. Mad respect to the Burger Fi team ... I have to thank Steve Leiber for making such a amazing brand .. He is a true genius...

We were very excited to find a custom made burger joint with an awesome selection of craft beers just a couple blocks from our hotel. However, the experience was terrible! We ordered two custom made burgers an order of fries and a couple of beers. The place was practically empty, with the exception of a few takeout orders and we waited and waited .... And waited. The food never came out. I'm on vacation, nice and relaxed and not in too much of a hurry so it wasn't too much of big deal until people came in like 30 minutes after us and got their food immediately. I went up to the counter to inquire and was told my order was never put in... The manager apologized and comped our meal, which was appreciated but the burgers were ehhh. Nothing I couldn't get at five guys or McDonald's. Save your aggravation, money and eat elsewhere!

I just wanted to thank Sha for being so wonderful. She told me to chill and that the place not burgerFl for formula one but for burgerfi))))) So please come back here and enjoy their fresh not mystery burgers!!!! I love these people. They are so relaxed!

Good shakes and onion rings. They should have incorporated chicken and turkey burgers as well to their menu.

  • Geneva B.

Honestly, the only reason I come here is because it beats Burger King which is right around the corner. When I want a burger near my home, I come here or to the other BurgerFi on Washington. I know there are a couple other burger joints on the beach. I'll be trying those out next. At this particular location, the staff is very nice but very very slow. They'll even completely forget about you if you're not on their butt. They really need to get it together. The food presentation is piss poor as well. It's really going down the tubes. I ordered the blue cheese Swiss cheese, green style, for $11 bucks and the presentation made me want to ask for my money back. I don't even think it has blue cheese on it. It's crazy. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

Burgers, fries, and beer. It is nice to get out of the heat of Miami Beach in June, but now I feel greasy. The burger was satisfactory. The beer is mostly domestic with just a few local/microbeers. This place is fine.

    (4)
  • Emily R.

The concrete ice cream was ok but the service was very very slow. It appeared that they had too many workers to count standing and running around but not getting too much done. The music is too loud. The line was long because the service was so slow taking the orders and getting the food out to the guests.

    (3)
  • john w.

Awful. Small burger patties cooked to oblivion. No seasoning on the meat. Onion rings to be avoided. Fries are ok. Slow kitchen. At least the draft beer selection is good. There are so many better burger joints.

  • Erica R.

my visit this location in specific was not so good I've gone to many other locations and have always gotten not only great food but great service. Not in this location, although our food was good it took forever to get our food, we waited a long time and the order was only for my husband and I and our child. What made us decide not to come to this location was when had decided to order more fries too go and again it took forever we went up to tell the cashier and the cashier let the manager know who was helping in the kitchen and the manager literally states "not my problem" instead of apologizing. We got our fries and left very dissatisfied. If you want good service skip this location.

    (2)
  • Josue T.

Was very pleased with the taste of my BuildYourOwn burger, and their concept of parmesan cheese tossed over the french fries which btw, the fries were warm and cooked on the spot. The only negative review was the horrible smell inside the restroom, its an enclosed space and needs to be better attended with fresh fragrances.

  • Keyla A.

Loved the food the ice cream was delish and the service pretty good I'll come back for sure !!!!

    (3)
  • Fernanda H.

I'm giving 3 stars because some regulars we talked to at the bar said this was a exception day... But our experience was really bad. The buzzers were not working, the kitchen was not getting the tickets from the cashier, the managers was screaming behind the bar and it took 45 minutes to get 2 burgers (it wasn't crowded). At the end, the burgers were good and we were not in a hurry, but if we wanted a quick bite to eat we were screwed. It was a complete chaos! The manager was even saying "write on yelp, I don't care"!!! Anyways, just be aware that bad days can happen and nobody had control of the situation. Also, all the crew was high!

    (3)
  • Jessica P.

Wait was not long at all and neither was the wait for the food. I had a cheeseburger with bacon from here and it was amazing! So delicious and flavorful! I definitely recommend this place!

  • Dylan D.

The huge problem with Burger FI on Collins Ave is the customer service. I will never go back to that place again. Their "i don't care" attitude is absolutely intolerable and pushes me to forget about the good fries and the late night business hours. Here are few examples: - One day, they will greet you with a sentence like "Welcome to Burger FI! Is it your first time here? After going there several time, they still don't recognize you and say the same sentence. - Several times, i had mayo in my burgers despite asking specifically "no mayo" - One day, someone cut me off on the line and the cashier said nothing despite acknowledging it. - Once, i had to re-order 3 times because it wasn't what i asked for..

    (1)
  • Vanesa T.

The only reason I would come back are for the parmesan and herb fries. I highly recommend them. The burger was "okay" don't believe the hype. And PLEASE stop comparing this place to Shack Shake. I get its the same concept but flavor wise, they are no where near the same lane as Shake Shack. So make it stop. On the positive side, the place is really clean, bathroom looks cool, food comes out quick, and the coca cola soda machine gives you like 100 different flavors to choose from.

I go to Burger Fi about 5 times a month as I live in the neighborhood, their food is only ok but the place gets a + for it's décor and look Why : Meet ok, buns are not so great Good Fries Lack of consistency on onion rings, one time over cooked one time under cooked and only 50% of the time cooked right but when they are they are good Why not going anymore ? yesterday went there place was slow and almost empty, we order our burger and sides and waited for 15 min, we noticed that people ordering after us were getting their food, we let them know they apologized and the person in the front was asking for our order but still another 10 minuets and it still did not come out, my friend asked for the manager which came forward from the kitchen and yes they made sure we got our order which took close to another 10 min - there was no apology on his side or any offer for making it up to us For some reason I think that having to wait 35 min for a hamburger on a slow slow slow night when you seem to be fully staffed is a bit much and if you as a manager do not think so and do not think you have to do something extra for your guest well if you keep that level of service you may not be open for long ... So I think I will pass

  • Lyndsae G.

If you get build your own burger check the price. They always over charge!!!!

  • Kharel N.

Good spot. Burgers are good and the fries are amazing! They have those touch screen self serve soda machines with many flavors (huge PLUS!), parking, and a great location on Collins ave. This is a fast food type of service with restaurant quality. It looks like a nice higher end sports bar n grill with all the tv's and sports. Very nice place. The service as good, the staff were really cool. They were even giving away random ice cream dessert. That was cool. No I didn't get none because I didn't raise my hand and PLUS, I'm trying to balance my calories lol. I will just say, the reason I gave it 4 stars was only because I compared it with other similar locations, quality and their prices. My order of double cheeseburger, fries n soda came out to $15+ and compared to my other spots, the burger was much smaller. I can get an high quality Angus burger (huge one) , fries and soda for a little less and literally over the ocean. I mean, every location is different and I understand that. This is a review, so I'm being as real as I am. Overall. Good spot!

    (4)
  • Jimmy N.

Holy moly! I don't know if it's me or not but did there prices just go up?!?! The food is still amazing but when did a burger, fries, and a drink become $20?!?!

    (4)
  • Katie A.

Great burgers, terrible service. Love the build you own burger concept. I always get a single patty with cheese, LTO, and extra pickles. It doesn't seem that complicated but of the 4 times I've been here it's only been correct once. Even when they mess up the order, it's still delicious. Come here if you aren't in a rush (wait can be a while) and enjoy the delicious burgers and fries. Get a small fries. It's huge. Oh and there is beer on tap which is nice.

    (3)
  • Oleg G.

Cool big place. Typical American style food and drinks. They have four large screens, so were watching the super bowl. huge choice of beers. I took fries, 2 cheesburger and 2 cola for 25 bucks. Food is good.

    (4)
  • Kristen S.

Don't understand why this location has crappy reviews. I visited today and had a great experience! The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the parking was really annoying in this shopping center. Service was fast and friendly. They have the freestyle coke machines, which is always a plus! Recommend their onion rings and the breakfast all day burger. Sit close to the napkins, things will get messy.

    (4)
  • Thibault P.

Very bad service, I do not even know if the waitress can speak! Burger was ok but definitely not worth the price. I will never go there instead of Shake Shack that's for sure!

    (1)
  • Adam B.

Really a big fan of this restaurant. Unfortunately, this particular franchise only employs borderline idiots. Entire order wrong, took 30 minutes to get it.

    (2)
  • R R.

Great service ! Everyone was very friendly and the food is delicious!! The workers asked us 4 times how we were and if we needed anything. You have to wait a little for the food but it's fresh and worth it.

My place for a hot dog fix in Miami Beach. I've tried the Chicago,Apple Chicken and the Chili Dog. The Chicgao dog is the best thus far but be wary of the hidden peppers:) Clean, spacious and well a modern decor. It also has a decent beer selection for a burger joint. If you can't find parking at their parking lot, you can find parking at the Publix next door. If you work close by and arrive in your uniform, they'll give you a small discount. I'll happily return.

  • Jonah K.

Been to other locations of this chain and was impressed with the food, service, and vibe of it. I live across the street from this location, I gave them well over a month to get the kinks out before trying the place. Came in and ordered a couple burgers and beers, was trying to determine what fries to use but the lady who served us was challenged and couldn't explain or otherwise help us at all with what sizes and any other questions we had. We pretty much had to wing it, and we did. The food took a while to come for a burger place which wasn't too busy, and it was just meh... Nothing special on the burger side, the fries were okay. Pros : Good tap beer selection for a reasonable price Cons : Really expensive burgers, small, service is poor (even though most of the staff was chatting and messing around)

    (2)
  • Thomas O.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I couldn't pass on this one. Every time I go to this specific location the cashiers are always in a horrible mood. There was no lines, so her attitude was unnecessary. I asked for my order to eat in and she hands me huge take out bags. The fries were stale and most of the fountain drinks were unavailable. There's better burger places on Collins ave like Burgers and Shakes.

    (2)
  • Lisa G.

I think BurgerFi is tasty, but this location does not have it together. They never answer the phone even though they supposedly deliver - and when you order in person it takes forever to get your food. It's supposed to be a fast serve restaurant - why am I always waiting 30 minutes or more? I'm still a fan of the food, but I won't be frequenting this location again.

    (2)
  • Jess R.

Love this place, but this location didn't meet the expectations of the others. Terrible service. Got our order wrong, including fries and burger. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Slower than usual.

    (1)
  • K T.

Place is super legit! Yes there can be long waits, yes the burgers may be a "little" greasy, but it is def the best burger around North Beach! Positive Factors: -Grass Fed Beef -Individual fork and knife dispenser! -Eco-Friendly Fans and Furniture -Great Concretes -Breakfast All Day Burger -1/2 Quinoa + 1/2 Burger Off Menu Choice! -BurgerFi Sauce -Garlic Aioli Negative: - No Paper towels in the bathroom - Sometimes unorganized Yeaaaa Budddi!!! I'm hooked! Oh yeah and all for a fair price!

    (5)
  • Jennifer C.

I love the burgers here! I couldn't get enough of them the last time I was in Miami!! Much better than Five Guys an any other burger joint in my opinion. Not as big of a fan of the one in Boston just yet...this location is just great all around.

    (4)
  • Daniel R.

I mean, this is based on my own personal experience and my own comments. Pros: - location - prices are reasonable - variety of menu Cons: - looks like burgers that I could've gone across the street to publix to buy and make them myself along with fries. - burgers were dry It was whatever, but honestly I really could've walked a block to publix the nearest shopping food plaza and buy myself a frozen burger cooked it and saved myself $15 bucks... But that's my opinion if you guys want to check it out go for it!

    (2)
  • Rithi C.

As you walk in, you can see a wall full of wine bottles, so this BurgerFi is a bit more upscale than most that you would come across. The menu is more or less the same as most BurgerFi's, with burgers, hot dog, and shakes (as well as these mammoth deserts called "concretes"). One thing I did notice was that this particular BurgerFi had Cokes, Sprites, and Fantas imported from Mexico and were available for purchase, which added a nice touch. The service from the less-than enthused cashiers left something to be desired. They don't smile and weren't particularly interested in helping me when I asked to borrow their bottle opener. The food was good and the imported Coke products added flair, but the service knocked this review down to a 3.

Hey I'm not a stuck up burger fancy pants but I had a few mins to kill so I felt compelled to write a review. I'm trying to eat more veggie and less meat because let's face it, I'm older and more lazy. This means unless I crank up time at the gym (no f***ing way) then I have to eat healthier. Veggie burger me baby. Line up can be slow, but it's not the end of the world I wait 10 mins for food. We've got smart phones to keep out ADD in check. Veggiefi burger is actually delicious. Quinoa with cheddar cheese. Consistency is decent which means it's not disintegrating in your hand. Good selection of beers on draft including Guinness. Prices are reasonable with $7.95 for a burger and $5 for a dog. You could do a lot worse. One of the better veggie burgers out there in my humble opinion.

  • Gala C.

Don't understand the appeal. The burgers had no flavor and just didn't seem meaty enough. The place was super packed and had a fast food vibe.

  • J S.

Great burgers but terrible service at dinner time. The line was out the door because of very slow cashier, no one to clean the dining room. Got my order wrong and part was missing, they ended up refunding fries that never showed up and they gave our to go order to someone else so we had to wait amongst all the other people who's order was incorrect for it to be made Great burgers that are worth the premium prices but go early before the crowds.

    (2)
  • Filipe A.

Nowhere close as good as Five Guys or even a Denny's Burger (Yep, I said it and stand by it) The burger is small and the patty used is flavorless, that would be tolerable if they had something to bring out the flavor in the burger, but it was just flat, no flavor came out. The bread was chewy, which wasn't terrible, but it's not my preference to have such a dense bread with my burger. Although their shakes are very good, the part that makes up their own name, not so much.

  • R A.

I'm one of those gluten free freaks, and am usually the one eating a bun-less burger with a knife and fork and getting odd looks. This is one of the few places that does a proper lettuce wrap faux-bun. Now I can eat my burger like a man, with my two bare hands! Their burgers taste great and you can customize them as much as you could possibly want. I don't get all these bad reviews, I've never had problems with their service.

  • Dewey C.

I seem to be getting into the fast food rut, but this one isn't as bad as the competition. They have done a great job on the menu. It's interesting and fun and has some new twists on the fast food burgeries like their "SECRET MENU", which is slightly hidden and features items such as garlic aioli and Parmesan cheese on fries, voila, URBAN FRIES and well done fries, which I like. The portions are huge. The rest of the menu is more creative than Burger King and tastes better as well (I will not go to a Mac under any circumstances.) I value innovation in establishments and BurgerFi has done just that BUT this store has an attitude problem that required the manager to cure. They seem much nicer at Hallandale Beach, big smiles, chitterchat and so forth but Collins Ave can fire the whole lazy, rude crew for all I care. This chain has obtained a beer and wine license; perhaps the help was slurping.

  • Katherine Y.

This was the first place I ate at when I arrived in Miami and I'm so glad. I had the veggie burger which is made with a quinoa pattie and it was by far the best veggie burger I've had. The fries are pretty thick, and they have multiple toppings you can put on them. The Parmesan fries are a definite must. If I could eat here everyday, I would.

The breakfast all day burger is perfect for a hangover. A little overpriced for what they give you. Customer service was basically absent, but it's a burger joint so I didn't expect much anyways. I recommend this place for all of your hangover needs!

  • Guada C.

Very nice decor and ambiance for a burger place. But service is VERY slow for a burger place on a Monday night. Burgers are ok, a bit on the smaller size, nothing out of this world (I had the double cheeseburger and I regret not trying the breakfast one). Onion rings however, are excellent. A must have! And the option of a beer with the burger is always a big plus! Custard was also just ok. The lady that served it gave me a bit of attitude when I asked her for caramel sauce... Not sure what that was about. I would go back, but I just don't like to wait that long for a burger. Now for those onion rings... That's a different story.

I never try this sort chain so I came in to see what it is. I had warm welcoming and be sure you don't see this everywhere. I ordered 4 burgers and French fries with sheddar and sort of Mexican sauce on top. It's to die for. On top if this they have all sort draft beer and wine. I really appreciate eating my burger with beer, it's better than soda.

If you are going to knock of a competitor in terms of marketing, branding, product, decor, and imaging make sure you step up to the plate. I ordered my burger and fries. It took over 25 minutes. If the friendly cashier would have told me that upfront I would have never ordered. I asked the guy managing the orders to check on my order after 15 minutes and he never did and failed to follow up with me. Communication is key when clients are upset. They have so much staff in the kitchen but I only saw one guy on top of his game and he was truly hustling. I would hire him in a second. They give you your food in a bag covered with grease stains. Truly disgusting. Fries are soggy because they are too greasy. Burger is fresh tasting but their is nothing special about it. Wish they would have opened a Shake Shack in our neighborhood instead.

im just trying to figure out what makes this place so special that a childs size hamburger comes to $10 and with fries and a drink your looking at $20 and to be hungry again in 2 hours. The french fries were expensive and burnt and gross and the soda was $4!! Save yourself some money and just go to Five Guys!!!

  • Lina T.

Burger was ok. They have beer on tap. They had multigrain buns which was nice. They had a nice assortment of fries. However I haw to say I've had better burgers at other places. Especially since burger and shakes are down the street. The staff was good. They were quick and took our order quickly. It's a good place to have a quick burger. Price was good for what we got. Which was a regular burger with bacon. The bacon was crispy. But like I said it was not bad but not great.

Not worth the hype, or the price. Waste of time and money. Bet your buns there are better burgers on the beach.

Tastes like Mcdonald's!! If you're looking for real good tasting food, this is not the place. If you like expensive fast and fake food, congratulations! You found it! If I were you I would save a little more and then go to Burgers&Beer Joint, that's a real burger! Need details?: - The burger is small and I could tell the difference between the ones at Macdonald's, only because I ordered it with mushrooms. - The onion rings were greasy and salty. - The fresh squeezed lemonade is certainly freshly squeezed from a bottle, and then mixed up with water, and some kind of detergent maybe? Awful. Seriously.

Make a decision....do you deliver or not? They used to deliver....but I was told today, that they don't today....maybe tomorrow....but maybe not until next week. What a way to run a business !!! Very "Mickey Mouse"

In the world of burger chain restaurants, BurgerFi ranks along with Five Guys & Shake Shack in terms of decor and food. The burgers are basic and on the smaller side, although still very filling. I built a custom cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms, tomato, lettuce & garlic mayo. The garlic mayo added a nice flavor to the burger! They also have a special BurgerFi sauce on the menu. I also had fries with the parmesan and herb seasoning, which I enjoyed as well. A solid stop near the beach for a delicious burger!

I'm from LA we have umami, in-n-out, and many other famous burger places and this is them all rolled Into one with frozen custard!! I got a chili cheese burger with pickles and the pickles were so amazing and the chili was not overpowering but just perfect and the bun was so soft and the meat cooked perfectly!!! The salt and vinegar fries were everything!!! The urban fries were also amazing I stole one from my sister!! Two days prior we walked into Shake shack and walked out because it was so boring and we found this place and stood same concept but way better options and atmosphere!!! Long story short it's a must!! I am just sad we won't have one in LA

Good burgers, fries, beer. Plus the service was really good and fast. Will definitely come back and try other things in the menu.

I don't go to very many fast food burger joints, but when I do I usually go to shake shack and umami to get my fix. The other day I walked into burgerfi, after reading some mixed reviews about the place, to give them a try. My personal opinion quickly changed after I ate their delicious cheeseburger and Texas style Waygu hot dog. Shake shack and umami can't compare. Definetly a nice change and I highly recommend you try it. Wait can be 5-10 minutes but don't sweat it, sit at the bar and try one of their MANY draft beers.

Not bad. We had dinner here one night when the BF and I were too lazy to venture too far from the hotel, and we were craving some American food. The burgers were not bad -- I tried the burger and quinoa patty burger which was pretty good. It's no In n' Out (sorry every burger fast food place compares to INO to me), but it fit the bill that night.

If you do not eat meat like me, and your looking for a great veggie burger and fries..This is a spot you should check out! Their quinoa veggie burgers are GREAT! one of the best veggie burgers I have EVER had, I dont even have to add cheese!! yum yum yum! The fries are also very tasty.

A higher class hamburger joint - cheeseburger was excellent - they use some kind of sauce that adds to the taste and juicyness of the burger. Fries are very good if you like soft fries, i.e. not crunchy like micky dees. Typical wait is about 10 minutes to serve your meal. Multi TVs tuned to whatever sporting event is on. But be careful: on the entrance door is a decal that most people probably ignore. It says something like "save $168 - avoid a tow - only park in designated Burger-Fi spaces". - Burger Fi is in a strip mall and you think you can use any parking space - but all spaces are labelled and you can get towed if your in some other space. They draw a big crowd so they dont have enough spaces and most people ignore the warning - but I have heard from other sources that cars do get towed - this is a ridiculous restriction but be forewarned.

This is like Shake Shacks cooler, edgier, sister. It has the same basic menu as Shake Shack but with loads of beers in tap. I rarely drink beer but split one with my friend when we saw the great selection. Had a great burger and fries, the service was quick, saw people we knew hanging out, I was definitely surprised at how much I liked it! Counter greeting is better at SS but this place was better in most of the ways it counts.

Their burgers are good but small, their fries are ok if you order some of their specialty fries. However, their tab beer, is always flat, to the point that I end up leaving it. Their service is not the greatest either, we stayed for a while in front of their people without anybody asking us to take our order. Good Burger, Good Fries, Bad Service, Bad Beer.

A visit filled with promise, dashed with reality. Service slower than slow, 20 minutes to get a burger, hot dog, fries, shake(concrete), and beer. They use the pagers to alert you that your order is ready.. Quality of ingredients - GOOD Drink Prices - very reasonable for Collins Ave. Food Prices- OK, many of the adds on the burgers have a cost :( TV for Sports - Very Good Cleanliness - Very Good - (very new location) Freshness of food- Fries - just warm- (staff forgot the "urban aoli request" Concrete- pre-made- tasty, nothing special Burger - Above average- but not spectacular- Burger Bun Very Good Chicago hot dog- almost the winner, great flavor, fresh, but alas a SOGGY BUN ruined the day for the dog. Beer- Excellent Wynwood Porter, tasty All in all, I might go back, but I surely won't make a special trip to the neighborhood, and it is only 8 blocks from the house.

You always hear the expression you get what you paid for. Well this is the case with the quality of burgers. The food is great. The service could be better. They need to do something about the ventilation in the restaurant so you don't come out smelling like French fries. Other than that enjoy the burgers!!

Really good burgers here at a great price. Fries and onion rings just ok. Good selection of microbrews on tap. Staff somewhat indifferent and surly.

There are many things that should go into a review. Some of the obvious ones, should be things like food quality, cleanliness, etc. Some other things a review should warrant, no matter how mundane they may seem, should be wait time, friendliness of the staff, do's and don'ts, neighborhood safety, and of course, anything else that the patron should ABSOLUTELY know before visiting an establishment. For this review, I am going to focus on something you should absolutely know before visiting this particular Burger-Fi location, along with the details of my first and only visit there. My evening on Miami Beach started rather quaintly. I visited the beach and it's waters with a friend and two young children a few miles north of Burger-Fi, near 75th street, and on our return home, which was rather late, we decided to stop in and have a late meal to top off what was up until that point, a rather pleasant evening out. We arrived at the restaurant just before 1:00am. There were very few cars in the parking lot, with an abundance of empty parking spaces, but the only three which belonged to Burger-Fi, were occupied. Naturally, I decided to park in the closest open space to the restaurant, which was a space labeled "Little Caesars", in front of an empty store front where Little Caesars presumably had once been (there was no Little Caesars in the shopping center). We walked in, there were about five other patrons in the entire place, so we ordered our food right away, paid and sat down. The time stamp on my receipt said 12:54am. In a matter of less than ten minutes, while we waited for our food to come out, the manager on duty went to the only three tables that had patrons in them, including my party of four, said told them all, that "the tow truck is around", and that we should check to see if our cars were still there. I found this rather strange. I've never been to any establishment, restaurant or otherwise, in which such an odd request was asked of a customer. Immediately, I walked outside, and to my surprise, I had been towed. My vehicle was not unlawfully parked, I had not blocked anyone, I was inside LESS THAN TEN MINUTES, and I was parked in a shopping center of a business, to which I was a patron. I was livid to say the least. The managers reply to what had just happened was very nonchalant and disgustingly dismissive. His words to be were, "Yeah, that happens all the time late night. The owner is starting to get a lot of complaints. We're thinking of putting a sign outside the door or something." He went on to blame the landlord of the shopping center for allowing this practice, but this didn't extinguish any ill feelings - it multiplied them! He was passing the buck on! My visit, to say the least, was ruined. My appetite? Lost. How can a business operate in such a manner where it disregards the property of its owners? How can a business not take precautionary measures to ensure that their clientele do not become targets for such repulsive acts? And finally, how can a business tolerate such practices from their landlords? Personally, I will never enter the 6812 Collins Burger-Fi location again. To avoid having a situation like this happen to you, I would avoid them as well.

I ordered the brisket, for $4 more I was hoping it would blow my mind. I would've been just as happy building my own burger for half the price. Other then that I love this place. The urban fries were undeniable. But the onion rings are amazing!! Try one one your burger for just $1. Nice beer selection. The dessert menu is insane. Tunes playing outside helped mask the fact your sitting in a parking lot.

I love their veggie burgers and their fries are awesome. The veggie burger is made of quinoa and it was impeccable. The staff was very friendly. I've been here twice in two days. This place has a Coke Freestyle machine and draft beer. What's not to like about this place? They also have amazing choice of music. I loved their music so much I sat there for a minute after finishing my food.

Yes, it is all true, the burgers are juicy and delicious, I keep it simple and always order the burger fi cheeseburger, and sometime add bacon, and basically you can't go wrong. Beware with the size of the fries, I ordered jumbo for my family of 4 and realized when I got my order that it is enough for a baseball team. Ever since, I get the large, and is still more than enough assuming everyone is getting a sandwich with it. In short, a lot better than traditional fast food, but still fast enough. great burgers, real ingredients, nice ambiance, and beer and wine is served, so no more MCD and BK, the extra bucks are well worth spending here.

I live on Collins, just a few blocks away from this BURGERFI location, and have had takeout from here several times. Each time the food had been excellent. I am a huge fan of the Vegeburger and their fries. I must admit on a couple of occasions the fries have been either over cooked or slightly under cooked- but it's easily overlooked when the burgers are SO amazing! The location is always clean and although you do have to wait sometimes 15 minutes for your order- its always worth it!

the food is really good and it's always with a lot of people they have really good shakes and they are also really good with customers they give you the right food and they serve you really fast they don't really take long when it comes to giving the food. they are really good I like it al I will go a lot

What a disappointment greasy soggy fries and soggy onion rings, we waited 25 minutes for a dried out flavorless burger. Neat concept bad food

The burgers are quite expensive for such a small portion, but they are quality burgers. The hot dogs were alright, a bit too salty on the Chicago styled hot dog. But the fries were amazing. Not too soggy, not too crispy (burnt). Hostess didn't look too happy to take our order, but it was 11am. Lol over all, I give the place a 3.8. Loved the create your own burger option

Not bad for a burger place that is in my hood. They have beer and wine. But I do have to say it is a bit pricey for burgers. 2 burgers, bucket of fries and 2 sodas for $27! Burger and Beer Joint on South Beach is a better deal....

Within minutes of the posting of our first review, we received an email from "corporate" and, because we responded, one from the branch as well. Both asked us to come back; that the would make things right. So about 6 weeks later, we returned without indicating that we were "invited" back. Comments are as follows: -Not surprisingly, the long line to the cash register had disappeared. Everybody tries a new place; as with this Burgerfi, many choose not to return. -The noise level from the blasting "music" was absolutely deafening. You couldn't even escape it at the outside tables because of added speakers. -The order came out quickly and accurately. The fries were hot. The burgers were cold because, most likely, they had been precooked and left on the back of the stove. This place has management issues. 2* review affirmed. The good news is that Pollo Tropical has leased a space a few blocks away. ---- We visited this newly opened Burgerfi a few evenings ago. We were attracted to a "build it yourself" kind of menu that was prepared to order and was new to the neighborhood. The experience started with a 10 minute+ wait on a line to a single cashier who laboriously punched our order into the register while still trying to upsell us, thus taking more time. We then waited more than 10 minutes for our food that had to be returned because the kitchen completely ignored the list of condiments clearly printed on the receipt. When we finally got our order, we found that the burgers were small, overcooked and dry; the fries had little taste and were soggy. We are guessing that while there will be always be new customers from nearby hotels, the novelty will quickly wear off for many local residents who, like us, have no interest in returning. Perhaps after a while the wait will shrink and the service and food improve; meanwhile this restaurant is not recommended.

This burger fi location recently opened and I was happy to see they were coming. It is better, brighter and livelier than other locations I have been to. It has the feel of a new restaurant, some employees have it down, others are still learning. I have not seen another burger fi with 20 beers on tap, and all good mind you, it is just kind of weird how you have to order the beer from the register rather than the bar. Anyhow, food was the same as any other location, good burgers, good fries, little bit of a wait but had good music, professional poker and baseball on TV and girls walking by in bikinis, no problems for this guy.

I've eaten at other burgerfis many times before with no problems. At this location There were more employees then customers yet everything was completely disorganized and no one seemed to know what was going on. I was waiting for my food to go for awhile and it had sat in the window for several minutes. Fries were cold. Terrible management.

I have been to BurgerFi four times since it opened. The service is absolutely atrocious. I kept returning because the burgers are delicious and it's close to my house. I was hoping they would work out their service kinks, since the place had just opened. I was wrong. The service has not gotten better. I have waited over 30 minutes for burgers. That is unacceptable. On one occasion, they gave my order to someone else and didn't realize it until we asked them where our food was after 30 minutes of waiting. No apology, nothing. Today, I arrived home after a long day and was craving a burger. We decided to order delivery from BurgerFi, in hopes of avoiding the horrible in-restaurant service. We should have known better. I called at 8pm. I was told my order would be delivered within 30 minutes to one hour. At 9:15pm, I called to find out where my order was. I was told it would be there any minute. It is now 9:30pm, an hour and a half after we ordered, and I still have no food. The burgers are good, but the service is so awful that good food just won't save this place.

Impressive burger ever!! The size is just perfect, not too big or too small. The crispy yet soft bun, juicy meat, and crispy lettuce bring perfect combination. Fries are also great but too much salt I think. It's a bit pricier than those chains store but definitely my favorite place to eat way more than other burger stores. Staff are incredibly friendly and polite which was very pleasant eating there.

Omg yummy! I had the veggie burger and it was baaaannging! The Parmesan herb fries were delicious. Mom had Kobe beef hot dog probably the best hot dog ever. The manager Stuart was very nice and helpful. Cool pagers like Olive Garden when food is ready. Not to be a cheap skate but self serve so no tipping yaay lol. O and they have one of those high tech digital soda machines with free refills. Cheap beer and good selection. Went on a reggae Friday and they had a good Bob Marley cover band, I wasn't mad at that. Thanks guys I will be back!
